SVT, a Supply Chain Solutions company headquartered in Hampton NH, provides a wide range of
services encompassing major segments of the supply chain. Focus segments include Global Sourcing,
Inventory Management, Distribution, Warehousing and Reverse Logistics.
We are searching for a highly motivated individual to join our growing supply chain services team as a
Client Relationship Mgr. This position is full time and will be based in our Harlingen TX facility.

Primary responsibilities include:

* Organizing and Managing customer inventory requirements
* Provide high level customer service
* Build and maintain relationship with client key personnel
* Provide Quotation on supply or services
* Tracking Internal Sales Metrics
* Organizing and hosting Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
* Tracking work in process, (WIP), and reporting to management
* Customer Service: supporting general questions and strategic initiatives
* Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with 3rd party suppliers
* Manage OPOR’s, customer MRP vs OH inventory, Production/build schedules
* Monitor days of stock to manage customer carrying costs
* Manage need date vs requested pull date
* Provide Inventory Control with review of incoming, current OH and aging inventory
* Continuous focus on providing value add to customer
* Achieve client program targets and KPI’s
* Letting customers know about other products and services company offers.
* Developing and monitoring company performance against SLA’s

Experience and Skills:

5+ years experience
Program Mgmt, Sales, Buyer, or Commodity Mgmt experience a plus
Attention to Detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High Level of customer service
Must have strong Microsoft Excel experience

$45K-55K
